Guidelines For High Frequency, Healthy Kidneys

Healthy kidneyโ€™s, our filtration system, filters 1/2 cup of blood every minute and removes wastes and extra water/fluid to make urine; one half a cup a minute! Striking and demonstrates the kidneysโ€™ importance and necessity for a vibrant healthy human body. Additionally, the kidneys regulate the bodyโ€™s salt, potassium and acid balances and the kidneys produce key hormones needed by the body. In fact, the kidneys, as powerful chemical factories, perform the following functions:

  • remove waste products from the body
  • remove drugs from the body
  • balance the body’s fluids
  • release hormones that regulate blood pressure
  • produce an active form of vitamin D that promotes strong, healthy bones
  • control the production of red blood cells

Maintaining healthy High Frequency kidneys plays a crucial role in wellness and longevity. With sub optimal functioning kidneys, it is easy to imagine the illness and disease that follows. How can we maintain vibrant healthy High Frequency kidneys? I give some ideas below. Hopefully you will find one or more new ideas to help your kidneys into High Frequency Vibrancy.

Remember, I use or have used everything I list below. Be sure to try the fear releasing exercise found in the Mindfulness section.

In addition to the suggestions below, please refer back to my earlier blogs about health, raising frequency, physical health, etc., as they will give even more ideas. Remember that this is not medical advice. If you have medical questions always contact your health care provider. For any questions, please feel free to reach me using our contact form.

I broke the list into categories for ease of use:

Supplementation

๐Ÿ“Œ Digestive enzymes – Enzymedica Digest Basic – to help the body receive maximum nutrients from food.

๐Ÿ“Œ Magnesium – I use Lo Salt when cooking. It contains potassium chloride, sodium chloride and magnesium carbonate. Milk also contains magnesium. Magnesium oil – transdermal application also works.

๐Ÿ“Œ Small amount less than a tsp of baking soda mixed with water (on an empty stomach) also helps the kidneys.

๐Ÿ“Œ Bone Broth.

๐Ÿ“Œ Manuka honey.

๐Ÿ“Œ Medicinal Mushrooms – Chaga, Shiitake, Maitake, etc. I use this formula created by Paul Stamets: Host Defense, Comprehensive Immune Support Tincture.

๐Ÿ“Œ Stay in the sun for at least 15 minutes a day or most days. The sun activates cells that produce Vit D in the body. The kidneys make sure it is the active form of Vit D3.

๐Ÿ“ŒWhenever increasing Vit D in the body be sure to balance by gently increasing Vit K2, MK4.

๐Ÿ“Œ Natural Dessicated Thyroid – for overall metabolic health.

Food

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink water or any fluid slowly, a mouthful at a time – reduces pressure on the kidneys and increases hydration. Drink as needed, indicated by thirst.

๐Ÿ“Œ Avoid Alcohol.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat Asparagus – acts as a diuretic, eliminates excess fluids, helps break up uric acid in kidneys and increases cellular action in Kidneys.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat Garlic and onions.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat Apples and blueberries.

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink fresh lemon juice and water.

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink dandelion tea.

๐Ÿ“Œ Homemade bone broth/chicken broth.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat medicinal Mushrooms – Shiitake, Maitake. I sautรฉ them in butter.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat plenty of sulphur vegetables like onions, garlic, cabbage broccoli and cauliflower.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate protein: eggs, milk, keifer, cheese, beef, lamb, bison, chicken, turkey, white fish, seafood-shrimp, oysters, etc.

๐Ÿ“Œ Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate starch/sucrose: white jasmine rice, small red potatoes, Einkorn sourdough bread, honey, cane sugar, maple syrup.

๐Ÿ“Œ Coffee, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh homemade lemonade, clean water.

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink at least a cup of coffee daily. Coffee is excellent for healing and supporting the metabolism.

๐Ÿ“Œ Healthy fats: olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, tallow.

Movement – 3 to 5 times weekly

๐Ÿ“Œ Walking, swimming, dancing, rebounding, yoga, bicycling, hiking, lifting weights, chi gung, tai chi.

๐Ÿ“ŒYoga – a) inverted postures: headstand, shoulder-stand, viparita karani, legs up the wall pose, Utanasana -touch toes pose; b) twisting postures: seated and standing; c) supported, passive backbends: supta baddha konosana, setu bandha sarvangasana (bridge pose), supta virasana.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gentle breathing exercises – also in mindfulness category.

Mindfulness – 3 to 5 times weekly

๐Ÿ“Œ The kidneys and malfunctioning kidneys are associated with fear. What fear exists within? Have you addressed or looked at the fear? Remember fear, if fully allowed to be expressed, lasts no longer than a few minutes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Fear releasing exercise – lay on a bed, couch, or floor. Allow the body to relax for a minute or so. Then begin speaking to your fear, telling the fear how much you honor its service to you. Tell the fear that you will no longer suppress the fear and allow it full expression. Let the fear arise and flow wherever it wants to in your body. After a few minutes you will notice that it dissolves and no longer exists.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gentle breathing exercises while in the legs up the wall pose and hands on the belly. With each breath repeat this affirmation: on the inhale say: โ€œbodyโ€, on the exhale say: โ€œwe are healthyโ€.

๐Ÿ“Œ Mindfulness practice.

๐Ÿ“Œ Meditation.

๐Ÿ“Œ Brain entrainment – my personal favorite is Sacred Acoustics.

๐Ÿ“Œ Contemplation.

๐Ÿ“Œ Playing a musical instrument.

๐Ÿ“Œ Writing, journaling.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gratitude exercises.

๐Ÿ“Œ Positivity.

๐Ÿ“Œ Chanting.

As I have mentioned before, healing any one aspect of our human body needs a multilayered approach. We are whole systems and using isolated pharmaceuticals often leads to generating other problems while attempting to solve one. Also, often times the body needs a gentle nudge rather than a heavy bomb that most pharmaceuticals represent.

My attempt is to provide a whole system solution for health problems that might arise. I do realize my solutions require more effort than taking a pill. AND they also lead to lifelong health and well being.

We all have a choice and my hope is that you can use these ideas as a way forward towards radiant High Frequency health! Most of the guidelines I propose ultimately support overall physical health, longevity and well being, mental health, longevity and well being, and spiritual health and well being. Please take the ideas that resonate with you and begin to switch your habits to support high frequency kidney health!

Please share, thank you:
