Guidelines For High Frequency Sinus Health

Sinus problems plague millions in the US alone. Different theories exist as to why sinus conditions have steadily grown since the 1900โ€™s. Based on all my research, I feel sinus problems arise in general from a weak immune system, weak metabolic health, over vaccination and an overload of environmental and food poisons.

The sinus passageways and cavities play important roles in our body:
1) the mucus on the walls of the sinuses helps trap impurities and bacteria as the air passes towards the lungs;
2) they also help the voice resonate, and;
3) the mucus keeps the sinuses moist and healthy.

The sinuses need to drain regularly. If they become inflamed and block this necessary drainage, sinus problems ensue. These problems include blocked passages, inflammation, painful cavities, fever, coughing, post nasal drip, and even sinus headaches. Many people suffer from chronic sinus issues.

Having usable solutions to sinus troubles is one of todayโ€™s most pressing medical needs. High Frequency helps! The frequencies of colds and sinus troubles are lower than a normal body frequency. Raising your frequency helps take care of sinus issues. What else can be done to help with clearing the sinuses and maintaining health in the sinus passages and cavities? Old wisdom suggests hot compresses and nasal rinsing with a saline solution. These have worked fast the rare few times I have needed them. The trick is to begin using these options as early as sinus problems are noticed.

Here are a few guidelines for how to maintain healthy sinuses. Remember, I use or have used everything I list below. In addition to the suggestions below, please refer back to my earlier blogs about health, raising frequency, physical health, etc. as they will give even more ideas. Remember that this is not medical advice. If you have medical questions always contact your health care provider. For any questions, please feel free to reach me using our contact form.

I broke the list into categories for ease of use:

๐Ÿ“Œ Chanting

As I have mentioned before, healing any one aspect of our human body needs a multilayered approach. We are whole systems and using isolated pharmaceuticals often leads to generating other problems while attempting to solve one.

Also, often times the body needs a gentle nudge rather than a heavy bomb that most pharmaceuticals represent. My attempt is to provide a whole system solution for health problems that might arise. I do realize my solutions require more effort than taking a pill. AND they also lead to lifelong health and well being.

We all have a choice and my hope is that you can use these ideas as a way forward towards radiant High Frequency health!Most of the guidelines I propose ultimately support overall physical health, longevity and well being, mental health, longevity and well being, and spiritual health and well being, Please take the ideas that resonate with you and begin to switch your habits to support high frequency sinus health!

Please share, thank you:
