Guidelines for High Frequency, Healthy Eyes

The eyes are the windows into our soul. To know how someone feels inside, not what they project outside, but their real deep feelings, look directly into their eyes with a softened gaze. You will notice that you see deep inside. I have used this exercise for years to look behind a personโ€™s projection. The eyes reveal inner secrets.

I read a recent research paper that found a correlation with decreased eyesight and the onset of depression. This made sense to me as the ability to see stimulates curiosity and creativity. The gift of sight is one of the bridges between the world inside and the world outside.

We are Divine Beings having a human experience. I believe one of our missions in life is to help ground that Divine Golden Light into physical reality. We are meant to be here, be alive, be in relationship to and delight in the external world! The eyes are one of those main bridges.

Thus eyesight is equally important in daily physical and emotional functioning as in our inner soulโ€™s functioning. The eyes are the sense organ that best protects us from danger. We perceive 80% of impressions with the eyes. The eyes are the physical portal through which data from your environment is collected and sent to your brain for processing. The brain plays its part by converting the light that went into your eyes into usable information โ€” how far away, how bright, what color.

How can we maintain vibrant healthy High Frequency eyes? I give some ideas below. Hopefully you will find one or more new ideas to help your eyes into High Frequency Vibrancy.

Remember, I use or have used everything I list below. I give a good exercise to soothe the eyes in the mindfulness section as well as good eye exercises. We all need to soothe and strengthen our eyes in this age of using computer and digital screens for the majority of our days.

Food

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink clean mineral water as needed indicated by thirst.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat a balanced fresh homemade varied diet, organic if possible.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate protein: eggs, milk, keifer, cheese, beef, lamb, bison, chicken, turkey, white fish, seafood-shrimp, oysters, etc.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate starch/sucrose: white jasmine rice, small red potatoes, Einkorn sourdough bread, honey, cane sugar, maple syrup

c) supported, passive backbends: supta baddha konosana, setu bandha sarvangasana (bridge pose), supta virasana

Mindfulness – 3 to 5 times weekly

๐Ÿ“ŒEye exercises –

Eye Exercise #1:

  • Hold a pencil at armโ€™s length and allow your eyes to focus on the pencil.
  • Slowly bring the pencil back towards your nose.
  • Next, move the pencil away from your face until you can no longer focus on the pencil.

Repeat this exercise up to 10 times a day.

Eye Exercise #2:

  • Roll your eyes in a clockwise direction for 3-5 seconds.
  • Next, roll your eyes in a counterclockwise direction for 3-5 seconds.

Repeat this exercise 5 times, making sure to blink your eyes in between each round.

๐Ÿ“Œ Cupping exercise for soothing the eyes. Sit or lay in a comfortable position. Place the palms of your hands over each eye blocking all light. Close your eyes and imagine you are breathing in and out through your palms into the eyes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gentle breathing exercises while in the legs up the wall pose and hands on the belly. With each breath repeat this affirmation: on the inhale say: โ€œbodyโ€, on the exhale say: โ€œwe are healthyโ€.

As I have mentioned before, healing any one aspect of our human body needs a multilayered approach. We are whole systems and using isolated pharmaceuticals often leads to generating other problems while attempting to solve one. Also, often times the body needs a gentle nudge rather than a heavy bomb that most pharmaceuticals represent.

My attempt is to provide a whole system solution for health problems that might arise. I do realize my solutions require more effort than taking a pill. AND they also lead to lifelong health and well being. We all have a choice and my hope is that you can use these ideas as a way forward towards radiant High Frequency health!

Most of the guidelines I propose ultimately support overall physical health, longevity and well being, mental health, longevity and well being, and spiritual health and well being. Please take the ideas that resonate with you and begin to switch your habits to support high frequency eye health!
