High Frequency Healthy Heart Protocol

The heart needs no introduction. Its value speaks for itself and is known by every human alive today. For without the heart, there is no human life. How precious and even magical to place your hand over your heart and feel it beating, signaling your aliveness! This physical organ has powerful implications for our life. The physical heart has the largest electromagnetic field as compared to our other organs, larger than even the brain.

Another part of the heart, the subtle or energetic heart resonates to our emotional states and our frequency vibrational rate and sends that frequency signal into our immediate field, the aura. Resonate energies are attracted to us resonating to how we feel. Periodically throughout the day, pause and check inside to see how you feel and how your day reflects this emotional state. You might be surprised at the connection of these two experiences.

Stress disrupts the heart and eventually leads to cardiovascular disease. High stress destroys the heart faster than any other cause. Inflammation also predisposes a body to cardiovascular disease. One recent scientific discovery showed a strong connection between GI health and heart health! Please see my recent blog about GI health.

Cardiovascular disease causes untold suffering as one of the highest causes of mortality. We need healthy hearts. I have created below a healthy heart protocol to inspire action; our heart needs our love and attention.

I have personally used each suggestion and found the results helpful. In addition to the protocol below, please refer back to my earlier blogs about health, raising frequency, physical health, etc. as they will give even more ideas. I broke the list into categories for ease of use:

Supplementation:

๐Ÿ“Œ Systemic enzymes – Serrapeptase, Nattikonase Enzymedica Enzyme Defense, extra strength – they eat away plaque build up

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate protein: eggs, milk, keifer, cheese, beef, lamb, bison, chicken, turkey, white fish, seafood-shrimp, oysters, etc.

๐Ÿ“Œ Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate starch/sucrose: white jasmine rice, small red potatoes, Einkorn sourdough bread, honey, cane sugar, maple syrup

๐Ÿ“Œ Coffee, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh homemade lemonade, clean water

๐Ÿ“Œ Healthy fats: olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, tallow

Movement – 3 to 5 times weekly:

๐Ÿ“Œ Walking, swimming, dancing, rebounding, yoga, bicycling, hiking, lifting weights, chi gung, tai chi

  • a) inverted postures: headstand, shoulder-stand, viparita karani, legs up the wall pose, Utanasana -touch toes pose;
  • b) twisting postures: seated and standing;
  • c) supported, passive backbends: supta baddha konosana, setu bandha sarvangasana (bridge pose), supta virasana

Mindfulness – 3 to 5 times weekly:
