Guidelines For a High Frequency, Healthy Immune System

Over the past year during this global concern with viruses, it became apparent that a strong immune system and immune response kept the virus at bay with mild or no symptoms. Our best defense is a strong immune system! I decided to focus on the immune system this month.

The immune system is crucial for health, well being and even survival! The immune system protects from toxic bacteria, viruses, parasites and any pathogen that threatens survival. As a complex network of cells and tissues it functions symbiotically with every part of the human body to protect it against pathogens.

A compromised immune system is sluggish, and cannot properly protect, leaving the body vulnerable to infections, illness, and disease. Keeping our immune system healthy and strong is one of the most important endeavors we can undertake in life.

Before I list what guidelines I have found helpful for the immune system, I wanted to list a few items that weaken the immune system:

๐Ÿงจ Lack of sleep

๐Ÿงจ Processed food laden with chemicals and GMOโ€™s

๐Ÿงจ EMF toxicity

๐Ÿงจ Environmental chemicals like used in carpets, furniture, cleaning supplies, pollution, chemtrails meant for weather modification, etc.

๐Ÿงจ PUFA oils

๐Ÿงจ Pharmaceutical medications

๐Ÿงจ Lack of sun/vitamin D

๐Ÿงจ Stress

Now I will offer some guidelines for how to strengthen the immune system. Remember, I use or have used everything I list below. In addition to the suggestions below, please refer back to my earlier blogs about health, raising frequency, physical health, etc. as they will give even more ideas. Remember that this is not medical advice. If you have medical questions always contact your health care provider. For any questions, please feel free to reach me at: using our contact form.
