Guidelines For a High Frequency, Healthy Liver

My series focusing on the different organs and systems of the body continues this month with the liver โ€” the bodyโ€™s work horse of sorts. We need a healthy liver to be vibrant High Frequency humans. Remember, the liver is connected with the emotion of anger. If you struggle with anger problems, it might help to focus on a healthy liver. Your anger problems might disappear. Seen energetically, it is not obvious which comes first: anger that drives an unhealthy liver OR an unhealthy liver that drives anger.

The liver must be one of the hardest working organs in the human body. It filters toxins thus detoxing the body, breaks down carbohydrates, makes glucose, produces thyroid t4 hormone, stores nutrients, makes bile. Whew! Those are hefty responsibilities.

When the liver falters, disease quickly sets in: liver disease, metabolic disease, type 2 diabetes, etc. Also the seasonal flus and colds take a hold in bodies with stressed and diseased livers. Provide good nutrients to the body and the liver will mostly take care of itself. Diet is one of the most important actions needed to maintain a healthy liver. I personally do a โ€œliver refreshingโ€ once every year or two to help keep the liver running smoothly. It works.

I have provided below guidelines for how to maintain a healthy liver. Remember, I use or have used everything I list below. In addition to the suggestions below, please refer back to my earlier blogs about health, raising frequency, physical health, etc. as they will give even more ideas. Remember that this is not medical advice. If you have medical questions always contact your health care provider. For any questions, please feel free to reach me using our contact form.

I broke the list into categories for ease of use:

Supplementation

๐Ÿ“Œ Digestive enzymes โ€” Enzymedica Digest Basic โ€” especially if having problems digesting fat.

๐Ÿ“ŒMilk Thistle extract โ€” this is part of my yearly refresher. I take only 500mg daily in the morning with breakfast โ€” more than that it becomes estrogenic. I use one bottle and stop.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gelatin/collagen/glycine.

๐Ÿ“Œ Manuka honey.

๐Ÿ“Œ Medicinal Mushrooms โ€” Chaga, Shiitake, Maitake, etc. I use this formula created by Paul Stamets: Host Defense, Comprehensive Immune Support Tincture.

๐Ÿ“Œ Coffee โ€” also in the food category, heals liver.

๐Ÿ“Œ Vit D/ Vit K2, MK4.

๐Ÿ“Œ Natural Desiccated Thyroid.

๐Ÿ“Œ Methylene Blue.

๐Ÿ“Œ Aspirin โ€” non coated plain Aspirin with only cornstarch added โ€” I take with milk for inflammation and helps support the liver.

Food

๐Ÿ“Œ Lemon juice 30 minutes before a meal to increase acidity and stimulate bile.

๐Ÿ“Œ Homemade bone broth/chicken broth

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat medicinal Mushrooms โ€” Shiitake, Maitake. I sautรฉ them in butter.

๐Ÿ“Œ Eat plenty of sulfur vegetables like onions, garlic, broccoli and cauliflower. The sulfur is excellent for supporting and detoxing the liver.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate protein: eggs, milk, keifer, cheese, beef, lamb, bison, chicken, turkey, white fish, seafood-shrimp, oysters, etc.

๐Ÿ“Œ Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables.

๐Ÿ“Œ Adequate starch/sucrose: white jasmine rice, small red potatoes, Einkorn sourdough bread, honey, cane sugar, maple syrup.

๐Ÿ“Œ Coffee, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh homemade lemonade, clean water.

๐Ÿ“Œ Drink at least a cup of coffee daily. Coffee is excellent for healing and supporting the liver.

๐Ÿ“Œ Healthy fats: olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, tallow.

๐Ÿ“Œ Stop drinking alcohol.

Movement โ€” 3 to 5 times weekly

๐Ÿ“Œ Walking, swimming, dancing, rebounding, yoga, bicycling, hiking, lifting weights, chi gung, tai chi.

๐Ÿ“ŒYoga
a) inverted postures: headstand, shoulder-stand, viparita karani, legs up the wall pose, Utanasana – touch toes pose;
b) twisting postures: seated and standing;
c) supported, passive backbends: supta baddha konosana, setu bandha sarvangasana (bridge pose), supta virasana.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gentle breathing exercises โ€” also in mindfulness category.

Mindfulness โ€” 3 to 5 times weekly

๐Ÿ“Œ Working on anger issues can help heal the liver.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gentle breathing exercises while in the legs up the wall pose and hands on the belly. With each breath repeat this affirmation: on the inhale say: โ€œbodyโ€, on the exhale say: โ€œwe are healthyโ€.

๐Ÿ“Œ Mindfulness practice.

๐Ÿ“Œ Meditation.

๐Ÿ“Œ Brain entrainment โ€” my personal favorite is Sacred Acoustics.

๐Ÿ“Œ Contemplation.

๐Ÿ“Œ Playing a musical instrument.

๐Ÿ“Œ Writing, journaling.

๐Ÿ“Œ Gratitude exercises.

๐Ÿ“Œ Positivity.

๐Ÿ“Œ Chanting.

If you have been following my blogs over the last year, you might have noticed that many of the suggestions for one organ or system of the body applies to the other systems. Interesting, right?
In sum, most of the guidelines I am proposing ultimately support overall physical health, longevity and well being, mental health, longevity and well being, and spiritual health and well being.

Achieving success does not mean that you have to start everything in these guidelines at once. In fact that would be disastrous. Decide which one or two items you can implement easily and with no strain into your current life and lifestyle. Start there.
After two or three weeks when those items have become habit, then add two more and so on until you have easily and smoothly changed your entire lifestyle.
Please take the ideas that resonate with you and begin to switch your habits to support high frequency liver health!

Please share, thank you:
